FUTURE OF THE OCEAN
...SIMPLIFIED.
This research project took on the mammoth task to understand the future of the ocean. Following the futures framework from Bespoke Manyone (the project began during my time there as a research intern), I began navigating the complex relationships with the body of water by considering how our relationship with the ocean might change in the future. Due to the constant innovation, this research is part of an exciting, ongoing, never ending project.

While making sense of all the signals, four key themes emerged; living off the ocean, owning the ocean, living with the ocean and collaborating with the ocean.
To help make sense and frame all the information, the themes were further divided into tensions.
